Epic Prime Investment ("we", "us") runs this website and is responsible for the personal data you share with us here. We handle it in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, country, the properties you are interested in, site-visit bookings and messages you send through our forms or WhatsApp.
If you buy or reserve property: the identity, KRA PIN and payment details needed for the reservation, sale agreement and title transfer.
Basic site usage: pages viewed and the device and browser used, so we can improve the site. We do not sell this data.
To answer your enquiries, arrange site visits, prepare reservation forms and sale agreements, process payments, and keep you updated on your purchase.
To send news and offers only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
