Please confirm details with our team, and carry out your own checks, including an official land search, before you pay.
A purchase is governed by the reservation form and the sale agreement you sign with us. Where those documents differ from this website, they prevail.
Deposits, instalment plans, refunds and transfer timelines are as stated in those documents. Only pay into the official accounts and M-Pesa numbers given in writing by our team, and always ask for a receipt.
Site visits are arranged by booking. Times may change because of weather, access or safety, and we will let you know as early as we can.
Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content, photos or branding for commercial use without our written permission.
We are not liable for losses that come from relying on website information without confirming it with us, or from payments made to anyone other than our official accounts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan law.
